Schule und Saal
Bereits um das Jahr 1500 wird in Holzmengen ein Schulmeister urkundlich erwähnt.
Ein Bauwerk konnte am Ort wo heute Schule und Saal stehen erst errichtet werden, nachdem die Burg keine Verteidigungsfunktion mehr hatte. Um Platz zu schaffen wurde dafür ein Teil der äußeren Ringmauer abgerissen. Auf einer Zeichnung von Martin Schlichting von 1853 ist das Schulgebäude in seiner ursprünglichen Form zu sehen.
Von dem heutigen L-förmigen Gebäudekomplex diente der niedere Bau mit der Fassade zur Straße als evangelische Schule, der hintere höhere Gebäudeflügel als Gemeindesaal.
Die Gebäude wurden nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg enteignet und das Schulgebäude zeitweise als Kino genutzt. Heute befinden sich die Gebäude wieder im Besitz der evangelischen Kirche.
RO – ȘCOALA ȘI SALA
Un învățător este menționat pentru prima dată la Hosman într-un document din jurul anului 1500.
Pe locul unde se află astăzi școala și sala, a fost posibilă ridicarea unei construcții abia după ce biserica fortificată nu a mai avut un rol defensiv. O parte din zidul de incintă exterior a fost demolat pentru a face loc clădirii. Aspectul inițial al școlii se poate vedea pe un desen de Martin Schlichting din 1853.
Din complexul dispus în formă dreptunghiulară, clădirea cu fațada orientată spre stradă a servit ca școală, în timp ce în aripa mai înaltă din spate se află sala.
Clădirile au fost naționalizate după cel de-al Doilea Război Mondial, clădirea școlii fiind folosită temporar ca cinematograf. Astăzi, construcțiile sunt din nou în proprietatea bisericii evanghelice.
EN – SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY HALL
A schoolmaster is mentioned in a document in Hosman as early as 1500.
A building could only be erected on the site where the school and hall stand today after the castle no longer had a defensive function. Part of the outer ring wall was torn down to make room for it. A drawing by Martin Schlichting from 1853 shows the school building in its original form.
Of today’s L-shaped building complex, the lower building with the façade facing the street served as a Protestant school, while the higher wing at the back was used as a community hall.
The buildings were expropriated after the Second World War and the school building was temporarily used as a cinema. Today, the buildings are once again owned by the Protestant church.
HU – ISKOLA ÉS KÖZÖSSÉGI TEREM
Holcmányban már 1500-ban említenek egy oklevélben iskolamestert.
A mai iskola és aula helyén csak azután lehetett épületet emelni, miután a várnak már nem volt védelmi funkciója. A külső függönyfal egy részét lebontották, hogy helyet csináljanak neki. Martin Schlichting 1853-as rajza az iskola épületét eredeti formájában ábrázolja.
A mai L alakú épületegyüttesből az alsó, az utcára néző homlokzatú épület protestáns iskolaként szolgált, míg a hátsó, magasabb szárnyat közösségi teremként használták.
Az épületeket a második világháború után kisajátították, és az iskola épületét ideiglenesen mozinak használták. Ma az épületek ismét az evangélikus egyház tulajdonában vannak.
