Seine heutige Gestalt erhielt das Kircheninnere im Wesentlichen zu Beginn des 19. Jh., als es im zeitgenössischen klassizistischen Stil umgebaut wurde. Die Kirche erhielt ein böhmisches Gewölbe, eine Empore wurde auf drei Seiten eingezogen und ein dazu passendes Gestühl errichtet. 1803/04 wurde ein neuer Altar, 1804 eine neue Kanzel, 1807 eine neue Orgel sowie 1821 ein neues Taufbecken angeschafft. Die Orgel stammt von einem ehemaligen Sohn der Gemeinde, dem bekanntesten der siebenbürgischen Orgelbauer aus der Blütezeit des Handwerks in der zweiten Hälfte des 18. Jh., Samuel Joseph Maetz (1760-1826). Eine über der Sakristeitüre angebrachte Inschrift zeugt von diesen großangelegten Umgestaltungsarbeiten.

RO – INTERIORUL BISERICII

Interiorul bisericii a căpătat forma sa actuală la începutul secolului al XIX-lea, când a fost modernizată în stilul clasicist al timpului. Biserica a primit o boltă clasicistü, a fost adăugată o galerie pe trei laturi și au fost construite bănci noi. Un nou altar a fost achiziționat în 1803/04, un amvon în 1804, o nouă orgă în 1807 și o cristelniță nouă în 1821. Orga a fost construită de un fost fiu al satului, cel mai faimos dintre constructorii de orgi transilvăneni din perioada de apogeu a meseriei din a doua jumătate a secolului al XVIII-lea, Samuel Joseph Maetz (1760-1826). O inscripție deasupra ușii sacristiei stă mărturie a acestor lucrări de mare amploare.

EN – CHURCH INTERIOR

The interior of the church received its present appearance mainly at the beginning of the 19th century, when it was rebuilt in the contemporary classicist style. The church was vaulted with a dome, a gallery was built on three sides and matching pews were erected. In 1803/04 a new altar was purchased, in 1804 a new pulpit, in 1807 a new organ and in 1821 a new baptismal font. The organ was made by a former son of the community, the most famous of the Transylvanian organ builders from the heyday of the craft in the second half of the 18th century, Samuel Joseph Maetz (1760-1826). An inscription placed above the sacristy door testifies to these large-scale remodeling works.

HU – TEMPLOMI SZOBA

A templom belső tere lényegében a 19. század elején nyerte el mai formáját, amikor a korabeli klasszicista stílusban átépítették. A templomot kupolával boltozták, három oldalra galériát építettek, és hozzáillő padokat állítottak fel. 1803/04-ben új oltárt, 1804-ben új szószéket, 1807-ben új orgonát, 1821-ben pedig új keresztelőmedencét vásároltak. Az orgonát a plébánia egykori fia, a 18. század második felében a mesterség fénykorát élő erdélyi orgonaépítők leghíresebbje, Samuel Joseph Maetz (1760-1826) építette. A sekrestyeajtó fölötti felirat tanúskodik e nagyszabású átalakítási munkálatokról.
